THIRD TRAINING OF KRZYSZTOF SROCZYNSKI: “LEADERSHIP IN COMMAND”06.10.2016
It is heavy not to agree with American lawyer Ralph Nader, that a task of a leader is to create more
leaders but not to create more those, who follows the leader.
By the theme of our third training in business we chose: "Leadership in Command" as far as this
question is actual for Save Max Ukraine as no other. It passed on March, 24, 2012 in one of the capital
hotels of Kyiv.
The aim of the training was to form ideas about leadership and to learn how to show your strong sides.
With the knowledge gained during the training, we learned to develop the mutual understanding and
sense of responsibility in attitude toward each other, to make the profile of leader, also we understood
such concept as a charismatic leader.
We realized that a corporate leader, who wants to remain effective for a long time, should be able to
adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and to flexibly change his behavior. It turns out for not
many. Much more often a leader goes by cycle of one style in behavior, that once appeared effective
(for example, during the formation of the company), but it is not suitable for the period of intense
growth and retention of the conquered positions. As a result, in some time the firm loses its ability to
compete on the market.
During training guys passed through interesting exercises during which they learned to prove
themselves the potential of their personality.
