Krzysztof Sroczynski is a trainer, consultant, coach, president of Institute of work and development in
Warsaw (www.krzysztof.sroczynski.nf.pl). He was born in England, graduated from London University
Faculty of Economics and from the Mastery University in the USA – worldwide known school of Anthony
Robbins. Before he moved to Poland, Krzysztof Sroczynski worked as a consultant for a bishop Skinner in
London and was a director of sales and marketing for a company “American Travel Abroad” in New York.
He also occupied the post of marketing director in Philip Morris (Poland) and manager in a company
Sroczynski was also the consultant of world leading company, which was working with "Executive
Search" – Russell Reynolds Associates. Then he was the senior manager of educating department in
Neumann Management Institute, where conducted seminars on a theme "Call-Center" and “Service of
Customers”. Founder and general director in Institute of work and development. Trainer in Harvard
Business Review in Poland. He provides trainings in Polish and English languages. The themes of his
seminars and trainings touch such areas as: creation of the personal success, sales, conduction of
negotiations, understanding of the mechanisms of motivation and self-motivation. He also provides
training in area of communication, leadership, making decisions and problems solving, projects
management and staff selection.
